Scene files (.SCN) are a collection of files zipped up using .tar compression. To extract these files, download the free Tar unzip utility here http://www.7-zip.org/.

Install the 7-Zip software, and then right click the '.SCN' file, and click '7-Zip' and then 'Open archive'. You should then be able to extract the 'graphicscfg' folder which contains all of the images.
