State of the art in-car video & data

Video VBOX Designed for motorsport, trackdays, and vehicle testing, Racelogic's Video VBOX in-car video system combines a digital video recorder with up to four bullet camera inputs, a real-time graphic overlay, stereo audio and a 10Hz or 20Hz GPS data logger in a single, powerful package.

Essential in driver analysis and vehicle development

GPS enhanced video is fast becoming essential in analysing and improving the performance of both race driver and vehicle. VideoVBOX is widely regarded as one of the best in-car video and data systems available, with high video and graphics quality, flexibility, accuracy, ease of use, and reliability. To see how easy it is to fit and use the VideoVBOX, please take a look at this demo video.

Whatever your level, VideoVBOX not only produces exciting onboard video footage, but also allows you carry out in-depth driver and vehicle analysis, using Racelogic's powerful yet simple to use Circuit Tools software.

VideoVBOX records the graphically enhanced video to an SD card which can then be played on all common media players and uploaded to YouTube without conversion. GPS data is synchronised with the video footage at source for easy analysis.

Also, VideoVBOX is the only system with a built-in 'tank circuit' which protects your recorded data during power drop outs such as engine cranking.

Video VBOX is designed and manufactured in the UK by RACELOGIC Ltd., an ISO 9001 company, and Queen's Award for Enterprise Winner 2007.

Predictive Lap Timing

Award winning Video VBOX Predictive Lap Timing

Racelogic's unique 'LineSnap' predictive lap timing feature, available when an OLED display is connected to Video VBOX, gives drivers a real time graphical indication of how their current lap compares to their best lap.

Based on GPS position rather than distance covered, the predictive lap time is accurate to 0.1s even around long circuits such as the Nurburgring.

This is a useful feature for drivers in understanding how different lines and driving styles compare against their best times. Find out more here.
